UST 563 - Housing Analysis(4 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Grad course eligibility for undergraduates: credits earned greater than or equal
to 144 and gpa 2.75 OR level is graduate. Housing analysis is explored from a regional perspective within a framework of supply, demand, and population movement. Changes produced in neighborhoods and communities as a result of regional housing dynamics are considered, as are the impacts that public policies have on regional housing dynamics and community change.
