EDB 241 - Rotation & Seminar 1[2 credit(s)] Students will examine teaching as a profession - the roles and responsibilities they will encounter in the classroom, the school, and the community. Students will participate in an initial introductory field experience, spending 45 hours in field (school and non-school settings) and 22.5 hours in the classroom (primarily in field location) focusing on Context for Learning and Diversity (cultural competence). All students enrolled in this class must have a valid and unexpired Clearance Report from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on file with the college advising office.
