ANT 355 - Cultures of Southeast Asia(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): Must have at least sophomore standing to be eligible for this course. Introductory survey of the peoples and cultures of both mainland and insular Southeast Asia. Examines both historical and contemporary societies. Topics include kinship systems, religion and possession, warfare and headhunting, the effects of the Vietnam war on the people and culture.
