ANT 358 - Caribbean Societies(4 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Must have at least sophomore standing to be eligible for this course. Survey of the historical and contemporary societies of the Caribbean socio-cultural region, with primary focus on the non-Hispanic regions of the Caribbean (those areas whose colonial history is with England, France, Sweden and the Netherlands). Assumes no prior knowledge of anthropology. A&S Foreign Culture course. Non-Western Culture and Civilization.
