ART 394 - History of Japanese Art

Prerequisite(s): Course is closed to freshmen and non degree students Historical survey of Japanese painting, sculpture, ceramics, functional arts, and architecture from the prehistoric era to the Meiji period. Introduces students to Japanese art and culture through slide lectures, individual research projects, and group research online. This course may fulfill a General Education Requirement.
