MKT 411 - Retail Strategy & Marketing

Prerequisite(s): MKT 301; must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business to be eligible for this course. Provides retail management and merchandising framework for all types of businesses. Includes store location, layout and design, merchandise offerings, assortments, pricing, and control, as well as focus on internal operations, including staffing and supervision, promotions, customer services, store operations, expense control; opportunities for small retailers; and legal and ethical considerations.
