MKT 420 - Consumer Behavior(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): MKT 301; must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business to be eligible for this course. Investigates consumer and organizational buying motives, buying influences, and buying decision-making processes and their implications for marketing strategies and public/social policy. Explores cross-cultural, ethical, and research issues in understanding consumer and industrial/organizational buying.
