MLR 341 - Personnel Comp/Performance/Job(3 credits) Prerequisite(s): MLR 340 or permission of department chair; must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business to be eligible for this course. Methods of work analysis and measurement used in industry; systems for compensation of both hourly and salaried personnel; performance standards, time rates, and wage incentive methods; salary determination and administration.
