MTH 281 - Multivariable Calculus(4 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite: A grade of ‘C’ or better in MTH 182. Multivariate and vector calculus, including three-dimensional analytic geometry, partial derivatives, multiple integrals, vector calculus, line integrals, Green’s Theorem. Only 2 of the 4 credits may be counted toward graduation by students who have passed MTH 283. Course includes an introduction to the use of a computer algebra system, such as Maple or MATLAB.
