ALD 646 - Human Resource Development for Adult Educators(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): ALD 605 or ALD 607 or permission. An elective course for graduate students in the Adult Learning and Development program. Addresses the complex skills, concepts, and strategies relating to the adult teaching/learning component of human resource development in business, education, industry, government, and voluntary organizations.
