CIS 601 - Graduate Seminar in Computer and Information Science(1 credits) Prerequisite(s): Completion of the M.C.I.S. preparatory program. Introduction to current research topics in computer science and information systems. Explores how research is done in these areas. State-of-the-art industrial practices also examined. Students prepare presentations on current research topics in computer science or information systems based on surveys of recent articles. Must be taken the first semester after completion of the preparatory program.
