ADM 642 - Collective Bargaining/Con Mgmt(2 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted as a graduate student to be eligible for this course. Familiarizes prospective administrators with Ohio’s Public Employee Collective Bargaining Law and the collective bargaining process. Students learn to develop collective bargaining provisions in light of current law, to research and do contract comparisons, and to use collective bargaining to achieve school and community goals.
