ADM 831 - Implemtg Pub Policy in Sch/Uni

Prerequisite(s): This course is open only to doctoral students. Analyzes court decisions that deal with the implementation of laws and regulations at the local level. Attention is directed to the role of courts in shaping policy and how that role interacts with the goal of schools and universities to deliver educational services.
