BLW 511 - Business Law & Ethics

Prerequisite(s): Grad course eligibility for undergraduates: credits earned greater than or equal to 144 and gpa 2.75 OR level is graduate. Explores and analyzes the ethical and legal implications of significant environment forces impacting business. Topics include corporate and social responsibility, workplace and employment issues, multinational business operations, U.S. and international legal and regulatory issues, ecology and pollution issues, and models of ethical analysis for management decisions.
