COM 548 - Managing Organizational Teams

Prerequisite(s): Grad course eligibility for undergraduates: credits earned greater than or equal to 144 and gpa 2.75 OR level is graduate. Focuses on the structure, functions, and processes of organizational teams and work groups. Special attention is given to promoting effective teamwork in today’s organizations through methods of team building and examining leadership issues confronting teams.
