Discusses issues involving leadership and its role in bringing about organizational change; tools to be effective leaders in dynamic organizational settings; building understanding about how organizational change is achieved; anchoring organizational changes into the organization’s culture, and enhancing personal capabilities and abilities to navigate change in managerial careers.
