Prerequisite(s): Restricted to EMBA students. Reviews significant issues pertaining to strategic human resources management and labor relations. Topics include employment relationship, strategic planning and staffing, reward systems, employee development, and conflict resolution and negotiation. Parallels and contrasts between union and non-union firms are key to this course. Restricted to EMBA students.
