EDC 511 - Instruct Design & Delivery

Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted as a graduate student to be eligible for this course. Explores theories, methods, and procedures underlying the development and design of instruction, with particular attention given to selected models of teaching and their practical application, strengths, and limitations. Other topics include the systematic analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of instruction as a continuous integrated process; the importance of audience awareness and the learning environment in instruction planning; and the use of instructional technologies to enhance student learning and develop curricular materials.
