EEC 522 - Software Sys Modeling/Analysis

Prerequisite(s): Restriction for undergraduates in graduate courses and enrolled in the college of Engineering Prerequisite: Graduate standing. Software system formal mechanisms, including specification, validation, and verification. Formal specification with algebraic specification and abstraction/reasoning about system properties. Evolution of formalism to model a certain system. Proof of models using analytical methods and experimental methods using simulators.
