Prerequisite(s): closed to non degree grads, all undergrads and grads who are not in the college of engineering Prerequisite: EEC 581. Overview of parallel system organizations and parallel algorithms. Topics include memory structures for parallel systems, interconnection networks, SIMD/MlMD processing, parallel programming languages, mapping and scheduling, parallel algorithms, and case studies.
