FIN 601 - Financial Policies

Prerequisite(s): FIN 501 and OMS 503; must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. Survey of financial policies and problems. The course covers such topics as working capital management, cost of capital, capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and long-range financial planning. The course includes one or more of the following: cases, readings, and term project.
