HCA 660 - Integrative Business Strategy(3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Completion of all required MBA/HCA courses; must be admitted to the HCA program as a degree-seeking student to be eligible for this course. Presents the integrative and cross-functional nature of strategy and decision making in the health services industry. Principles, concepts and theories from strategic planning, marketing, finance, human resources management, accounting, and operations management are applied to administrative decisions and the formulation of strategic business plans for the health services industry.
