HED 560 - Coordinated School Health Prog

Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted as a graduate student to be eligible for this course. Explores the basic principles and practices underlying the organization and administration of a comprehensive school health program. Involves an evaluation of the student’s chosen school system in order to compare practice with theory. The role of the school health program in relation to the school, community, and the family is explored.
