HED 574 - Stress Management(3 credits) Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted as a graduate student to be eligible for this course. Examines the role and function of stress in everyday life from physiological, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Personal, situational, and environmental sources of stress are explored along the continuum from distress to eustress. Stress management techniques are examined.
