HED 576 - Teaching Nutrition

Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted as a graduate student to be eligible for this course. Explores various instructional materials and strategies available for teaching concepts of nutrition in school and community settings; provides experience in designing and implementing appropriate instructional strategies. Previous knowledge of basic nutritional concepts is recommended.
