MKT 605 - Services Marketing(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): MKT 601; must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. Explores the marketing of services in consumer, business, nonprofit, and global settings. Investigates the nature of services and the theories, concepts, tactics, and strategies for solving marketing problems, improving service quality, and building customer satisfaction.
