MLR 611 - Team Problem-Solving Process(2 credits) Prerequisite(s): MLR 501; must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. Analysis of problem-solving processes in small, cross-functional teams; emphasis on developing behavioral skills in problem analysis and solution selection; team facilitation skills, including listening and feedback, conflict management, and conducting meetings; building coalitions with external groups and action plans necessary for successful project implementation.
