MLR 621 - Multinational Management(3 credits) Prerequisite(s): MLR 501; must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. Advanced study of multinational corporations in diverse political, economic, and cultural environments; examination of concepts and theories relating to multinational business strategy and operations; broad coverage of issues affecting top management decision making, including business-government relations, headquarters-subsidiary relationships, and cross-functional coordination of operations across borders.
