OSM 622 - Project Management

Prerequisite(s): OMS/OSM 511; must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. Discusses the complexities involved in project management, the use of networks in large-scale projects, and the development of networks. Presents network computations for time, CPM/ PERT, time-cost tradeoff, project scheduling, and other networks such as GERT. Includes the use of computer software.
