OSM 625 - Global Opertn Mgmt Field Study(3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. Students participate in a hands-on field study in operations of international firms (manufacturing and service) located in foreign countries. Data is collected through interviews with managers and executives of these firms, government officials of the host countries, and published materials, both printed and on the Internet. A term paper is required after returning to Cleveland. The instructor arranges the visit to companies and countries.
