OSM 640 - ISO 9000 & Quality Audit

Prerequisite(s): OMS/OSM 511; must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. Introduction to the international quality standard ISO 9000 and its application to the automotive industry (QS 9000). Techniques of conducting a quality audit are covered. Students form teams to complete live audits (first or second party audit) with local companies. Information systems.
