OSM 645 - Stat Quality Control/Improvmnt(3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): OMS/OSM 503; must be admitted to the College of Business as a degree-seeking graduate student to be eligible for this course. A development of the statistical tools for the implementation of statistical quality control and improvement programs. Includes the development of control charts and the fundamentals of experimental design. These techniques are applied in a variety of manufacturing and service situations.
