PSC 541 - Modern Political Thought(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): Grad course eligibility for undergraduates: credits earned greater than or equal
to 144 and gpa 2.75 OR level is graduate. Political thought from the Renaissance to the present, focusing on liberalism and its critics, from Rousseau to postmodernism. Emphasis of figures such as Machiavelli, Locke, Rousseau, Marx, Foucault, and feminism as well as the theorists.
