PSY 532 - Diversity and Organizational Change

Prerequisite(s): This course is reserved for students in the Diversity Management Program. This course provides an overview of organizational change models. Discusses the dynamics and complexity of organizational change efforts and gives special attention to addressing organizational resistance. Theories of change management are applied to diversity issues.
