PSY 553 - Facilitation of Diversity Issues(2 credits)
Prerequisite(s): This course is reserved for students in the Diversity Management Program. This course provides participants with an opportunity to examine and learn the facilitation process for diverse groups. It includes an exploration of the participant’s own frame of reference, the effect this has on individuals and on group members. The course emphasizes the sociopolitical implications of diversity from a systems perspective.
