PSY 671 - Stress, Abuse, and Trauma

Practicum with emphasis on understanding the psychological consequences of unusually stressful life experiences which include such events as childhood abuse, national disaster, war trauma, and other traumatic events. Special emphasis on the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.
