UST 610 - Dev Process/Market Analysis

Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate students, Nondegree graduates ineligible to enroll in 600/700/800 level graduate courses. Provides an overview of the planning/development process and obstacles encountered in the initiation of urban real estate projects. Provides a methodology for analyzing the commercial, industrial and residential market redevelopment potential for vacant or underutilized urban property. Cross-listed with PDD 610.
