COM 364 - Media Metrics and Analytics

Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of COM 226; COM 303; COM 360, and COM 355. This course emphasizes practical aspects of promotional communication. It examines the process by which media campaigns are evaluated in various media environments with an emphasis on social media. The course will explore key social media metrics and analytics to allow students to track digital and social media content. Students will learn how to evaluate a social media campaign’s success. The course will also introduce user experience concepts and measurement tools.
