ENG 347 - Studies in African-American Literature[3 credit(s)] Prerequisite: 200 level literature course or permission of instructor; must have at least sophomore standing. Authors, themes, or movements of significance in African-American literature. Topics include slave narratives, Harlem Renaissance, literature of the 1950s, African-American women authors. May be taken up to three times with a change in topic.
