COM 320 - History of Film

Prerequisite(s): COM 221 or permission of instructor. Historical study of silent and sound film styles in their social, economic, and technological contexts. Film’s influence in early television production is also considered. Both U.S. and international films are considered. This course may fulfill a General Education Requirement..
