OSM 645 - Statistical Quality Control and Improvement

Prerequisite: OMS/OSM 503 or equivalent. A development of the statistical tools for the implementation of statistical quality control and improvement programs. Includes the development of control charts and the fundamentals of experimental design. These techniques are applied in a variety of manufacturing and service situations.
