An elective course for graduate students. This course addresses the multiple skills, concepts, and strategies related to the application of group dynamics in work teams. This includes learning and leadership approaches for group effectiveness as well as creating a productive group climate based on inclusion and understanding of the role of culture in the 21st century global world.
