HSC 582 - Pathophysiology I[4 credit(s)]
Prerequisite: Enrollment in the MSHS Physician Assistant Program.
The first of a two course series integrating human physiology and pathology. General pathophysiological concepts (normal cell, tissue and organ functions; cell injury; inflammation; tissue healing; and regeneration) will be applied in a system-oriented approach to disease processes of the integumentary, immune system, nephrologic, hematologic, endocrinal and musculoskeletal systems of the human body.
