CHM 661 - Macromolecular Structure and Dynamics[4 credit(s)] Prerequisites: Undergraduate organic chemistry, physical or analytical chemistry or prior permission of the Faculty instructor. Survey of basic and advanced analytical techniques that are critical in investigations of structure and dynamics of biomolecules, including protein, DNA and RNA folding and structures and function. Examination of biomolecules using basic and ADVANCED techniques including spectroscopic, time-resolved, and molecular imaging techniques.
