NUR 601 - Nursing Research[3 credit(s)] Prerequisites: Admission to the MSN program or permission of the instructor. Required for thesis students. The goal of this course is to promote research-based nursing practice in the care of populations. Focuses on methods of implementing research findings to solve identified clinical problems. Students develop skill in creating and writing a research study to evaluate the outcome of health promotion and disease prevention nursing interventions with populations.
