MGT 661 - Strategic Human Resource Management[3 credit(s)] Prerequisite: MGT 601, MGT 640, MGT 641, MGT 652. Using a multiple case study approach to current issues in HRM, students work in teams exploring the relationship between strategic decisions and employee practices that foster innovation and sustainability. The role of the human resource professional in the strategic process under changing local and global market conditions is addressed.
