ENG 360 - Studies in Literary Criticism[3 credit(s)] Prerequisite: 200 level literature course or permission of instructor; must have at least sophomore standing. Study of milestones in criticism by Aristotle, Sidney, Johnson, Wordsworth, and Arnold, and/or of modern and contemporary critical movements such as new criticism, structuralism, deconstruction, feminist criticism, and post-structuralism. This course may be repeated for a total of nine credit hours with a change in topic.
