EST 576 - Practicum in Early Childhood-Special Education(2 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Prior application and approval of the Office of Field Services. University-supervised practicum experience in one of three settings: early intervention, preschool programs for children with disabilities, or primary grade special education programs; 100 hours over a prescribed number of weeks, observing and teaching or providing early intervention services under the direction of a cooperating teacher. Required for licensure as an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist.
