MBA 603 - Management of Innovation

(3 credits)

Integrates technology and quality into the strategic management and operations of the firm. Discussion of methods for formulating technology, strategy, choosing core technologies, organizing R&D, managing research projects, and bringing to market new products that meet quality specifications and cost targets. Students learn the techniques of total quality management, how they can be introduced, and how they can be used to improve products, processes, and services of the firm.
