Covers quantitative and qualitative research methods for analyzing marketing efforts and opportunities. Emphasizes primary techniques such as setting objectives, designing projects, collecting, processing, and analyzing data, reporting results to management, and integrating results into decision making. Uses computers and the latest statistical software.
